My travel buddy and I stayed here 2 nights to explore surrounding areas. This was a nice mid-level hotel. I'm not sure what the usual price is, but I booked it for $54 a night, and at that price, it was a bargain. The photos of the big rooms are accurate - clean and white with a large sliding glass window opening onto a generous balcony overlooking the large pool area and jungle. I liked the long bathroom counter. It's close to the Uxmal ruins - 3 min in a car or about a 25 min walk. We bought ice for a couple bucks from the restaurant to pack some drinks in a cooler for a day trip on the Ruta Puuk. The beds were hard, but had a little bit of pillow top to try to soften it. The white sheets were nice. A/C and Wi-Fi worked. It was quiet. In early August, I only saw about 20 other people there. There was a spa on the top floor, but I never went.

Excellent location, accessible directly from the main road, however very quiet, being in a nice natural environment, out of the populated area. Just a 3 minutes drive from Uxmal ruins and 25 minutes from Kabah ruins. Room was spacious, well maintained and clean, with huge windows facing the pool area. Beds were extra comfy and here we had a normal bathroom where water stayed well inside the shower and not floaded evetything :) Even if in the middle of the January main season, there were only a few guests (could not find the reason why, it is really a great place to stay), it was very familial, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, freshly made from eggs, ham/bacon, american pencakes. Toasts, butter and jams were served in addition. I regret we did not stay for an extra day just to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool area.

The hotel was great for our purpose: one night close to Uxmal archeological site. But it was also so close to the place of interest that we were able to visit chocolate museum and planetarium nearby. Hotel is rather big resort but the staff is friendly an very well organized and check-in and -out is very quick. If you have a room on upper floors - you have a beautiful view on the forest. The standard of rooms and facilities is basic but everything is clean and working. Very good choice.

Gorgeously landscaped pool area, views of the Uxmal pyramids from the top floor rooms, reasonable food and drink prices. Nicely renovated bathroom. This place is not perfect, but if you want a great pool and can get a good rate, jump on it. It is quite a good value if you are okay with a 1970s-era hotel that is only partly renovated.

Lovely big room with a very large balcony and a view of the pool and surrounding areas. Easy access to the ruins - I could walk there. The weather was not too good but I did manage one swim in the pool. Pool area is very attractive. Food pretty average as I would expect for this type of hotel.
